Montessori care from the very first weeks — ages 6 weeks–18 months, at a 4:1 ratio, in a room prepared for babies rather than borrowed from older children.
Our infant classroom is full right now — the list is open.
Explorers is our smallest room, and it is the one families plan for earliest — a good number of them reach out while they are still pregnant. Tell us your due date or your return-to-work date and we will be in touch when a place opens that fits your child's age and timing. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
We go beyond basic childcare to give your infant a foundation rooted in respect, independence, and genuine connection.
Every classroom is led by a Montessori-trained lead guide. In the infant room that means an adult who reads a three-month-old's cues as carefully as a three-year-old's questions.
We create personalized sleep, feeding, and activity schedules tailored to your baby's unique rhythms so they feel safe, comfortable, and thriving.
Our 4:1 infant-to-caregiver ratio ensures every baby receives attentive, one-on-one interaction throughout the day.
Receive photos, milestones, feeding logs, and nap reports every day through our parent portal so you never miss a moment.
Our infant program is designed so you can focus on work while we focus on your baby.
Meals and snacks are available through a third-party provider (billed separately from tuition) — or send your own. Meridian is a nut-free campus.
“We toured five infant programs in Plano and Meridian was the only one where the teachers knew every baby by name. Our daughter has thrived since day one.”

“The daily photo updates and detailed nap and feeding reports give me so much peace of mind while I'm at work. I truly feel connected to my son's day.”

“I love that they follow my baby's own schedule instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all routine. The low ratios make all the difference.”

Yes. We welcome breast milk and work closely with parents on feeding schedules. Our staff is trained to follow each infant's individual routine and feeding preferences.
For formula-fed infants, families provide formula. As infants transition to solid foods, families can add our third-party meal program (billed separately) or provide their own. Your child's specific needs are discussed during your tour.

Two minutes now, and your family is on our list with the start date you have in mind. When a seat opens we call the families whose child's age and timing fit it — so those matter more than the day you signed up, and you are welcome to tour in the meantime so you already know the room when we call.
